SHIPPING POLICY
In regards to shipping please not the following.
- Maker's Wright strives to ensure a quick delivery of your order.

- Please allow allow 48 hrs from your order date for us to process and ship with carrier.

- Your package may take 5-7 business days from the time it is shipped, not the time you place your order.
- Business days do not include weekends and holidays.

- You will receive 2 emails from Makers Wright, an order confirmation email and a shipping/tracking confirmation email.

Return & Exchange Policy
Makers Wright believes in quality craftsmanship and wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchased products. For that, We offer a 30 day return policy on unused and undamaged products (excludes custom made to order furniture and any product with custom engravings).
- Buyer must provide copy of order confirmation at time of return
- All returns must be placed within 30 days from the time of delivery
- Used or damaged products may not be returned
- Clearance Products may not be returned for refund, but may be returned for store credit.
- Refunds will be credited back to buyer at time Makers Wright receives return.
- Maker's Wright will not be held responsible for products damaged upon delivery, if you believe your product was damaged on delivery you must contact the shipping company.
